Hi, here is a quick blog to share my thoughts on moving into the New Year, 2014!
To start with Happy New Year and may you find your feet, the palms of your hands, your sit bones and your inner space!
Now is a great time to put into place the changes you want to see in your life and the world around you, through personal resolves and perfecting the art of San Kalpa, through mindful living and eating, through clean green practices across your life.
I have been wondering what I could do to make entering and journeying through 2014 a positive experience not only for myself but for my family, friends and those I spend my treasured time with, in class, at retreats and trekking :) As most of you know I don’t mind engaging into conversations about health, wellbeing, yoga, life, love and laughing, actually almost anything :) So this year those conversations are going online and here are a few ways that you can follow my thoughts………….
I resolve to write a bit on my blog, now that I have started one, at least once a week.
Facebook, mmmmmmm well maybe I can just post up some interesting ideas and promote some thinking that unfolds into action.

Added to the August and November Retreats there is an extra Retreat this year in March, which will be based on stillness, silence and inner reverence. A perfect way to shed light and insight into your world. It will also include some yummy food and of course some heart songs through kirtan.
This year I am offering 2 Yoga Treks in Nepal; Mustang in May and Annapurna in October. Explore your adventurous side and deepen your yoga practice as we travel the path of love in Nepal.
