I decided to offer up free live morning meditations and dedicate the energy to all the Mamatotos (Mother & Baby as One - pregnancy, birthing, breastfeeding, feeding, carrying babies) around the world who are currently being stripped of necessary support during a most important time in their lives. It's no ones fault, but the system could do with a huge overhaul as this may have long lasting effects on the Mums and babies that are born during this time. We also risk a carry over effect of losing many human rights with never ending threats to our civil liberties. We are in this together, so let's support each other and seek always for the TRUTH.
These recordings are taken straight from the Zoom recordings, they will be raw, I have edited them a little so please feel free to re download any that you have from early May, as I went back over them and have cleaned them up a bit :)
The recordings are free, however I have added in a donations link (optional) and will pass on any donations to Hygieia Health, helping Mamatotos to get the support they need and help finance home birth while this health crisis is on.

The following four practices are wonderful if you find that your mind just won't quieten down for traditional meditation or visualisation. The theory of training the mind through the use of breathing and counting patterns has long been employed to balance the fluctuations of the mind.
