Here are a few of my favourite things...
Websites that I visit....
RPAS Australia - This is my partner Troys website, if you are interested in unmanned aerial vehicles, aerial photograpghy and mapping stuff, here's your website :)
Turiya Yoga Foundation - I did my first Teacher Training with the Turiya Yoga Foundation. Here is a bit of my history.......
Dharma Publishing - Kum Nye is one of my favourite practices and nourishes my soul. Here is a beautiful website dedicated to the pracice and all things Kum Nye.
Swamij.com - Here is another amazing site if you want to fill your yoga cup with nectar
Kris Carr - Chris Carr has also been a wonderful inspiration on my trailblazing path to health. I don't know if there are many of my students who haven't been steered towards her book Crazy Sexy Diet…so if you haven't got it yet, what are you waiting for???????????
Marie Forleo - So through Kris Carr I found Marie and this has been a wonderful association. I have been inspired by Marie for quite some time now, I am a B-Schooler, graduating in the 2015 Class :). If you need to get yourself some business savvy without wanting to do a business degree, B-School is for you. Marie only enrols and runs this course once a year. So take a look on her website and see if its for you, my guess is YES.
Music that I listen too and practice with...
Wish - This is my son, Max's, music. He writes all the music and lyrics and is the voice of this soulful sound. Listen and share it around if you like it. Nice to practice an upbeat routine especially outdoors...
Krishna Das - nearly every album that he has recorded :)
Jai Uttal - Just love this guys sound and his exploration into mixing traditional kirtan and chanting with electronics and acoustic instrumentation. Divine, at present I am in love with the album Loveland, another of his collaborations with Ben Leinbach.
Shiva Rea - an album on the Chakras, love all of it bar Manipura, which is just a little too electronic for my Manipura :)
Kino MacGregor - The Mantra Collection, love love love this. It enhances my practice on days when I don't feel like silence....very beautiful.
My own playlists which contain modern, classical, Indian, instrumentals, electronic, mixes of different genres, depends on the mood :)
I am a book 'junkie', here is just a sample of what sits in a pile by my bed...
